“And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news.”~ Romans 10:14-15
David Cheni, MEI’s international partner in Busia, Uganda, has been discipling and training Ugandan and Kenyan leaders for two years. David is implementing the discipleship model Heart and 4 Fields or H4F that is used in all MEI endeavors. In January 2025, Reed Dillahunty, MEI’s primary H4F trainer, spent eight days in Uganda and Kenya, encouraging and helping David train pastors and leaders in H4F.
Please consider these urgent needs for three projects:
ONE –
David is planning to conduct a three-day training for 100 local pastors and leaders in mid-December 2025. This training will have a ripple effect across Uganda and Kenya. As teachers of the gospel grow, so does the spreading of the gospel itself. We are asking you to consider partnering with MEI financially to support this event as the total cost of this training is $3,000.
TWO –
David will also be hosting Reed and at least two other trainers from MEI in February 2026. These trainers will travel across areas of Uganda and Kenya strengthening and encouraging many key pastors and leaders in H4F. This journey will be quite a financial undertaking with many hours of travel and teaching, but it will bear long lasting results. The total cost of the trip is $7,000 per person. This amount covers air travel, land travel, accommodations, and meals. Would you consider joining in as part of this global kingdom advancement as well as brotherly fellowship?
THREE –
Finally, David has asked that you prayerfully consider supporting the purchase of Bibles for key local pastors and leaders in Uganda and Kenya. MEI has a goal to raise $1,500 towards these Bibles.
Through these three projects, we can confidently say that disciples will be made, trained, and equipped to make disciples. Missionaries will grow, ministry workers will be supported, and many more will hear the name of Jesus–perhaps for the first time!
Would you prayerfully partner with MEI to make disciples in Uganda and Kenya by clicking on the following link to financially support the gospel? Please note “Africa Focus” in the Note. Thank you in advance for making the name of Jesus famous, all over the world, and to all peoples.
As MEI grows and expands to other nations, we rely on the faithful giving of supporters like you to help us carry out this Great Commission work! Please pray about how God is leading you to give, and then click the link below to invest in strategic missions.
Thanksgiving from Uganda
