Karen is a year-round rental agent and real estate broker. Her early jobs were those like most of us did, but she started at the young age of 15 working in sales for J.C. Penny’s. Through years of working various jobs, she came upon the real estate market on the Outer Banks, NC. After many years of serving and learning from others, she became a self-made business women and owner of Grayce Properties.

She has served in her local church for as long as she can remember as Secretary, Treasurer, Missions, and more. She has also been on the board of MEI since 2010 serving as our Treasurer, and her talents and gifts continue to serve us and Christ well.

Karen is married to Walter Gray and they have 3 children (1 boy and 2 girls) and grandchildren.
