Discipleship

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20

Making disciples of all nations is at the heart of MEI’s work because it is on God’s heart! In Matthew 28 Jesus gives all believers this Great Commission to go and make disciples. 

MEI missionaries and partners gather new believers together in Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) and train them in a simple, reproducible way. The goal is to make disciples who then make more disciples.

MEI is currently engaged in discipleship on the island of Helene, Honduras, in Busia, Uganda, in Murang’a, Kenya, and in the United States, and is listening to God’s call to other communities around the world.
