Dr. Todd (as he is affectionately known to the Helene community) and his family, came to Helene in 2008 for a short-term mission trip. Since 2012, Todd and his family have returned multiple times to Helene with short term teams from his church and Juniata Christian School. Dr. Todd and his family love the people of Helene and look forward to returning and serving with MEI every year.

Dr. Todd has practiced medicine in his home town of Mifflintown, PA since finishing a family practice residency in 1997. He previously served on the former Lewistown Hospital Foundation Board, the Brookline Manor Nursing Home advisory board, the Port Royal EMS Board, and the Juniata Christian School Board (formerly Juniata Mennonite School).  

He is a member of South Juniata Baptist Church in Honey Grove, PA and currently serves as a deacon and is a member of the Missions Committee.
