Ted Thomas has been with MEI as an indigenous staff member for several years. He is one of the pastors at the church on the north side of Helene. Ted has two grown sons and one daughter. At the clinic, Ted helps with maintenance and preparations for Short Term Mission teams. He is our resident expert in cultural understanding and helps us to connect with the people of Helene. He is an invaluable part of our ministries. Ted has a tender heart and looks for opportunities to meet needs within the community. He is a gentle giant and a man after God’s heart.
