Our Helene Christian English School (HCES) started this month after a very successful week-long teacher training class.  The training team lead by our returning favorite, Emily Benson.

Eleven teachers were trained for this school year, including three brand new teachers.  Within our returning teachers, three were previous students of HCES.  

This energetic and dedicated team includes teachers with over ten and four years of HCES experience.  Sheila is just as excited as she was for her first year of teaching/assisting with HCES, over 15 years ago. 

As with prior years, this year started with a high pre-registered list of over 65 children.  After the school year started on May 2, the enrollment has grown to over 95students, ranging from Pre-K to sixth grade.
